In 1974, Don César Pavlovich Sugich founded the first Palominos Restaurant, the first restaurant of its kind in the entire state of Sonora, with a family-oriented concept that included the traditional Carne Asada. He created the "Paquete Palominos," which pays homage to the cuisine of those who established cattle ranching in this region.

Palominos Restaurant proudly upholds the rich tradition of excellence established by Don Cesar Pavlovich Sugich.

Today, Palominos restaurant has expanded to the United States, opening its new location in McAllen, Texas. Recognized as one of the best steakhouses offering fine Sonoran-style steaks in Mexico, Palominos boasts over 50 years of experience and 11 locations in Mexico. We have become known for the unparalleled quality of our steaks and an exceptional dining atmosphere.
